Who we are

This website is run by Brar Roofing Solution Pty Ltd (ABN 65 658 972 868), 46 Dunstable Rd, Blacktown NSW 2148. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send the quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the service you need and anything you write in the message box.

When you call us or message us on WhatsApp we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us.

Like most websites, ours also records basic technical information such as your browser type, the pages you view and the page you came from.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange an inspection, prepare a quote and carry out and invoice any work you book.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google Ads to advertise our services and to measure whether our ads lead to enquiries. Google may set cookies on your device and may receive information such as which page you visited and whether you sent the form or tapped the call button.

You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalisation in your Google account.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the business, such as our website host, our email provider, Google, and WhatsApp when you choose to message us there. Some of these providers store information outside Australia.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them for the work, for warranty purposes and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Access, correction and complaints
