Can you find a leak that only shows in heavy rain?
Usually, yes. Leaks like this often come from a blocked valley, lifted flashing or cracked ridge mortar, so we check those points as well as the area above the stain.
Do you repair leaks on metal roofs?
Yes. Common causes are rusted sheets, failed screws and seals, and flashing that has pulled away. We repair or replace the affected section.
